Happy Saturday, friends! (Sorry I didn't update last week. I'm sharing 2 weeks worth this week!)
If you follow me on Instagram HERE you will know that I am doing a year-long series where I send out ten cards weekly to followers randomly selected from a Google Form my friend Lori Craig set up for me. I came up with this for a couple of reasons:
I have SO. MANY. CARDS. and not enough friends/family to send them to. You all are so kind and supportive of what I do here and on YouTube and I want to give back!
With how hard 2020 was it has reinforced in me that there's nothing like a handmade card in your mailbox to give a little sunshine to others. Not only does it brighten someone else's day, but it brightens MINE to share with you.
If you would like a chance to receive a card, please fill out the form HERE. I can not promise that I will be able to send a card to all of you. The response has exceeded my expectations. I already have over 1000 people signed up. But.... I do make a lot of cards every week so I am going to do my best! 🥰
NOTE One of the questions I receive the most is if I mail cards internationally. Yes I do! It may take a bit to get to you.
NOTEI have a favor to ask. When you're filling out the google doc form please make sure you add your state and/or zip code to your address. There have been several I skipped simply because it's time consuming to look up info and pray it's correct. I don't want you to miss your chance because of missing information. Thank you!
Every weekend I will do a little weekly recap with the list of cards I'm mailing out. Here are the cards I mailed this week. Please check weekly to see if you are expecting a card.

I was inspired by the 2" Yellow Pom Poms (included in the kit) to create something with dimension so I could showcase the pom pom on the Little Chicks! You can totally use these on a card, however, they will add significant bulk so I would recommend them for hand delivery or shipping in a padded envelope/box/etc.
The Simon Says Stamp Little Chick Die was die cut, inked, and assembled like the above card and adhered to the bag front. A 2" Yellow Pom Pom was hot glued to the belly of the chick for soft, fluffy dimension!
The smallest Simon Says Stamp Nested Tag Dies was die cut from Simon Says Stamp Banana Cardstock (included in the kit) and Bazzill Juicy Pear Cardstock (included in the kit). Hole reinforcers were die cut from smooth white cardstock (included in the kit) and adhered to the front and back of each tag.
The tags were tied to the top of each bag with pretty organza ribbon.

Happy Sunday, friends! Today I'm sharing this Bunny Kisses card featuring some new stamps and dies from the latest Simon Says Stamp Release, Hello Beautiful! I'm loving all the new products made for slimline (and mini slimline) cards! The brand new Bunny Blessings Stamp and Die Set and Chunky Slimline Scalloped Rectangles Dies are perfect for a sweet Easter card! I'm addicted to Tombow Dual Brush Markers and a little no-line coloring so I just went with it. A subscriber from my YouTube Channel, InkyFingers, left me a comment awhile back that says it perfectly, "The card that wants to get made, gets made!". This is truth!

The Simon Says Stamp Spring Window Stamp Set window and brick images (included in the kit) on a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" panel of watercolor cardstock (included in the kit) using Lawn Fawn Jellyfish No Line Coloring Ink and colored in with Watercolor Pencils. The pencils I used were included in a past SSS kit. THESE are the pencils I used. They are inexpensive and a great way to dip your toe into watercolor pencils! I lightly raced out the areas of the design and then blende out the color with a Medium Water Brush Pen.
The center panel was adhered to the background with foam adhesive.
