The June edition of Making the Most of Die Cutting Machines is up at Two Peas, click HERE.
I am super thrilled to share some of my favorite tips and ideas for incorporating the Sizzix Big Shot die cutting machine into not only paper crafting projects but home decor and apparel as well!
Take a look:
The Big Shot is my personal favorite of the manual die cutting machines on the market. In fact, my "go-to" die cutting machines are the Silhouette (for an electronic die cutting system) and the Sizzix Big Shot (for manual die cutting with steel rule dies).
The steel rule dies offered from Sizzix really give us so many more options for cutting different mediums for die cutting. Grungeboard, plastic, fabric, felt, etc. I love being able to incorporate die cut items in my home decor and to be able to cut more than just paper. :)
Die Cutting and embossing Grungeboard:
Using other brands of dies with the Big Shot (Papertrey Ink) and other brands of embossing folders (Cuttlebug) + using Tim Holtz On the Edge Dies:
