I have scrapbooked more in the first three weeks of this year than I did in the whole last half of 2010.
It's sort of scary how many layouts I have been pumping out. Part of the reason for all the layouts are the fabulous stamps that I get to play with from Technique Tuesday.
January's Studio AE stamp set is my favorite yet.
I love the circles.
I sort of have a thing for using circles on my layouts.
I incorporated lots of the circles from the set as embellishments for my layout. I stamped them on patterned paper and punched out the circles using punches and layering them for more interest.
The title was die cut using my Silhouette using the following design:
i_love_your_smile_phrase_C00594_20509
I cut the title twice, once from patterned paper and once from dark gray cardstock. The gray cardstock gives a nice shadow effect.
Here's a little closer look at the stamped circle accents.

I learned by trial and error. Never taken a class although I probably should. I know there is so much more I would like to learn. I have Photoshop CS4.

Love how you did the "shadowed" title in the bright patterned paper against the clouds! Looks great! Am loving the use of stamping on the layouts - such a creative touch, especially with you doing the stamping!
And, great Ethan photos!!

Wow, you have been doing one heck of a lot of scrapbooking!!! LOVE this page. Those Ali Edwards stamps are too cute, and I like how you layered and punched the images out. Just redid our master bedroom in that teal/red combo! LOVE!

This is such a fun page! I can't wait to pull out my AE Jan stamp set now:) I can't tell you how nice and refreshing it is to see you stamping on layouts. That is what I love to do but I always seem to need better "direction." So thanks for the amazing ideas! LOVE it!
