I wanted to share a new layout from the new Stamping Idea Book from Scrapbook Trends.
I loved being able to contribute to this idea book using a fun stamping technique that is so easy to do. :)
The title is a design from the Silhouette Online Store:
To create the Versamark Ink Resist butterfly accents, I first die cut a bunch of butterflies from the Ranger Glossy ATC cards. I stamped them with Veramark using a variety of background stamps, making sure the ink dried completely, then I used re-inkers to add color over the stamped images. The stamped portion resists the ink. I removed the excess ink with a baby wipe.
The flower brads complete the die cuts giving them a finished look.

I have an extra of this idea book that I'd like to give away. Leave a comment here by Saturday, August 20th, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. for a chance to win. I'll randomly choose a winner from the comments left on this blog post and post the winner Saturday afternoon. (I'll include a few extra goodies as well!) Good luck!
