I don't spend a lot of time talking about things other than scrapbooking or paper crafting here on my blog but every once in awhile I like to share bits of life outside of scrapbooking.
Lately, I've been on a bit of an Etsy bender and I've picked up a few new things for the house and Valentine's decorating and I thought I'd share them here.
I love seeing what other creative talented people create and I love to share so here's a little list of a few things I've picked up over the last few weeks:
from hairbrainedschemes I picked up this print (a really good reminder)...
and this one (for my kitchen)...
from scratchcraft I got these love owls...
and this adorable elephant...
and from ViviansKitchen I picked up these felt goodies (she makes the most gorgeous creations from felt...seriously GREAT quality! Her work is incredible!)...
I got design #2...
I also picked up THIS ring from formandfunktion...
If you guys have any favorite etsy sellers, I'd love to hear about them. Drop me a comment on this post and share!
Have a great Saturday!
There is an etsy store that I have purchased beads from. My daughter love penguin and she has the cutest beads. She is a friend of mine and does wonderful work. Here is the store http://www.etsy.com/shop/coolhipcat

What a wonderful group of goodies! Isn't Etsy a great forum for artists? I love the beautiful handwoven goodies from barefootweaver and the artful steampunk creations of antige and I have gotten lovely beads from suuzdesign for my Pandora bracelet. I don't know how to put the names so you can click on them but I hope you will check them out!

The felted creatures are super sweet!!!!! And I really heart the felt hearts from Vivianskitchen! When I look at Etsy I see lots of wonderful things and then think "I could probably do that" so I never buy anything, when in reality I really couldn't do those things, so I should just buy them!;-) Thanks so much for sharing!

I did that for the longest time, Ruth before taking the plunge and buying something! I know I could make a lot of these things but I just dont have the time or inclination. ha! Im finding it very uplifting to support others in their crafting endeavors like my blog readers support me in mine. I think of it as a pay it forward type thing. I still think I could make those felt goodies, though.... maybe one day!

Hi Nichol, I also love etsy and just gave it a try myself. I sell some card packs and also special day and date books. I have always loved ancestry and thought we all should try and keep track of at least our current families birthdays, anniversary deaths etc. So my book has Jan.-Dec. and you just fill in your info. the book can be handed from generation to generation. This is just a fun thing for me as I'm always paper crafting. Hope you check out my store. www.1papergardener@etsy.com/ Thanks, Nancy
