Happy Monday morning paper crafting friends! I'm so excited to be participating in a blog hop today featuring one of my favorite artists... Kelly Purkey!
I have long admired Kelly's style and creativity, as well as her amazing products (plus she's just too dang cute and lots of fun to hang out with!) and I am loving her Project Kits available exclusively through Simon Says Stamp. The August + September Project Kit is amazing and filled with all kinds of awesome goodies as well as kit exclusives designed by Kelly for Simon Says Stamp. You will want to get your hands on THIS amazing kit not only for creating Project Life pages but traditional scapbook page layouts, cards and more!
Today, I have my latest Project Life page spread to share with you featuring not only elements from the August + Sept Project Kit but a few elements from Kelly's past Project Kits and lots of stamps from her collection available at Simon Says Stamp HERE.
Project Life 2013 | Week 32
Fun journaling cards + lots of customization with stamping = my very favorite way to create Project Life pages!
The letterpress card in the August + Sept Kit "this is SUMMER" literally screamed that it needed to be my title card for the week! ;) I added stamping to showcase the month (using one of the stamps from the Aug/Sept Kit), the week (stamped using the exclusive stamp from the June/July Kit) plus a little computer generated journaling for the dates. Sequins from the kit finished this card!
That label and date on the sunflower photo... those are both KP stamps! The number and solid box are from the Aug/Sept Kit and the label is from the KP April/May Project Kit die cut with the coordinating Labels Die!
Lots and lots of stamping going on here. I used lots of die cut arrows/tabs from the Labels Die Set and customzied them by stamping each with different KP stamps! I even layered the arrow stamps on the "up to no good" and "the weekend report" stamped arrows. I stamped them first using the polka dot arrow from the Right Now Stamp Set and then layered the phrase stamps on top with black ink to make them pop!
I used lots of stamps from one of my newest favorite KP Stamp Sets: Foodie. This stamp set is great for all those food-related photos! ;)
How awesome are those number stamps in boxes paired with the solid square stamp from the Aug/Sept Kit?!!!! I love love love these!
