Mama Elephant February 2015 Stampede Blog Hop | Three Amigos (video + giveaway)

For my card share today I combined the racoon from the brand new Three Amigos Stamp Set with a bird from the Love Quotes Stamp Set and balloons from the Party Kit Stamp Set. The Sew Fancy Creative Cuts die makes the perfect decorative edged mat for this simple birthday card!

To create my card I stamped the raccoon from the Three Amigos Stamp Set on smooth white cardstock with Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I added a custom greeting using words from the Three Amigos Stamp Set. I stamped the bird from the Love Quotes Stamp Set and colored in both images with Copic Markers (the individual marker colors are listed and linked below in supplies). I die cut the images with the coordinating Three Amigos Creative Cuts dies and Love Quotes Creative Cuts dies and added additional detailing with white and black gel pens.

I stamped the balloons in Lemongrass Pigment Ink, Fresh Mint Pigment Ink and Tutti Frutti Pigment Ink using the Party Kit Stamp Set. I die cut the images with the coordinating Party Kit Creative Cuts dies.

I die cut some white cardstock using the Sew Fancy Creative Cuts die and colored in a bit of scenery with Copic Markers to help "ground" my critters. I adhered the critters and balloons and drew in balloon strings with a black pen.
