Are you all enjoying STAMPtember from Simon Says Stamp as much as I am? Today I wanted to share a set of 3 thank you cards created with the collaboration stamp set from My Favorite Things, Thanks For Being There. I used the resist technique with Ink Smooshing for the greeting and added stamped and colored critters from the MFT Cute Critters Stamp Set. This card design is super easy to duplicate which makes it great for assembly line style card making.
I die cut the critters from smooth white cardstock using the Cute Critters Die-namics dies and then stamped the coordinating MFT Cute Critters images using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink and colored in the designs with Copic Markers. The individual marker colors are linked below in supplies and shown in the upper left corner of the screen in the how to video. I added detail to the eyes and noses on the critters with the Sakura Black Glaze Pen.
For the embosses resist backgrounds, I stamped greetings and the heart from the Thanks For Being There Stamp Set on watercolor cardstock using Versamark Ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. I used the Ink Smooshing technique to apply Picked Raspberry Distress Ink, Spiced Marmalade Distress Ink, and Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink over the embossed greetings.
Once the ink was dry I die cut each panel with a Avery Elle Wonky Stitches die. I added some Pretty Pink Posh sequins and adhered each panel to a Side Fold Scored A2 Card.

I have so many critter stamps and this is a fabulous way to easily make adorable cards with them. Love, love, love the ink smooshing over the embossing. SO pretty! :-) Thanks, as always, for your awesome video tutorial.
