Welcome to the Lawn Fawn June Inspiration Week!
I stamped the images from the So Smooth Stamp Set on smooth white cardstock using Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink and colored in the images with Copic Markers (the individual marker combinations are shown along the bottom of the screen in the how to video). I die cut the images with the coordinating So Smooth Dies.
To give the blender a "glass look", I applied a bit of Wink of Stella White Glitter Pen to the blender in places and let it completely dry. It goes on wet and almost like the Clear Glitter Pen but once dry you will noticeably see a difference. I applied a layer of Glossy Accents over the glass and set it aside to dry.
I die cut a banner from Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock using a Lawn Fawn Everyday Sentiment Banners Die, stamped a greeting from the So Smooth Stamp Set with Versamark Ink and heat embossed the greeting with white embossing powder.
For the background, I die cut a square using a Large Cross Stitched Square Die. I masked off part of the die and applied Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink to the top of the square. I applied Pumice Stone Distress Ink to the bottom edge. I watered down some Picket Fence Distress Paint and flicked it over the design with a small paintbrush to add white splatters.
Once the background was dry I adhered the die cut images and banner to the Distress Inked background.
I die cut another square using a Small Cross Stitched Square Die from smooth white cardstock and adhered it to a 4.25" square card base, finishing with the embellished square.
