Welcome to the Lawn Fawn October Inspiration Week! Today the Lawn Fawn Design Team is showcasing the new Tiny Tags Sayings Stamp Set and coordinating dies. Not only are these tiny tags awesome all on their own (wouldn't they be awesome tied to gift packages?!!!) but they also can be used on cards and other projects so easily because their size is so tiny and cute! I grouped four tiny tags on this card showcasing reindeer from the Toboggan Together and Cheery Christmas stamp sets and also used Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Winter patterned papers and cardstocks for this sweet non-traditional colors Christmas card.
I stamped the deer, string of lights, and santa hat from Toboggan Together and Cheery Christmas on smooth white cardstock using Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink and colored in the images with Copic Markers. I stamped the thought bubble and oranments from Cheery Christmas using black ink, Lawn Fawn Mermaid Ink, and Narwhal Ink and then die cut all the images with the coordinating Cheery Christmas and Toboggan Together dies. I added detail to the eyes and noses with a black glaze pen and glitter accents to the lights and ornaments with the stardust glitter pen.
I trimmed a strip of Narwhal cardstock to 2" x 5 1/2" and added detail to both long sides with a Stitched Border Die. I stamped falling snow on the strip using a Snow Cool image and the Yeti White Pigment Ink. I adhered the deer and other die cut images to the strip as shown.
I die cut the Tiny Tags from smooth white Storm Cloud and Mermaid Cardstock and then added greetings to each tag from the Tiny Tags Sayings Stamp Set with Lawn Fawn Mermaid Ink, Narwhal Ink, Yeti White Pigment Ink, and Storm Cloud Ink. I threaded the tags on some Lawn Trimmings Twine and then poked holes in the bottom two corners of the reindeer strip, knotting the twine in the front. I adhered the strip and the tags to a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" rectangle of Lawn Fawn Perfectly Plaid Winter patterned papers with foam adhesive.
I finished the card design by stamping a greeting from Merry Messages on the inside with Lawn Fawn Mermaid Ink and Narwhal Ink.
