Welcome to the Simon Says Stamp Believe In The Season Blog Hop!
What better way to get in the spirit of Christmas card crafting than with some amazing new products from Simon Says Stamp?!!! The Believe In The Season Release is in stock now! I have been loving the clean and simple look of white backgrounds paired with either silver or gold. I decided to go with the silver and white color combination today for this stunning snow flurries card showcasing the new Bubble Breeze Die, Believe Die, Believe Stamp Set, and Snow Flurries Dies.
For the background, I die cut the Bubble Breeze Die from smooth white cardstock and then adhered it to a side fold card base. This die reminds me of flurries and gave me the idea of snowflakes flying in the wind. I knew I wanted the cut out areas to be sparkly silver so I applied Nuvo Silver Moondust Glitter Drops to the cut outs and set it aside to dry.
I die cut some silver glitter cardstock using a Scallop Stitches Die and adhered it along the top and bottom edge of my die cut strip background.
I applied Stick It to the front and back of three pieces of Fun Foam. I removed the backing from one side and adhered silver foil cardstock to one, silver glitter cardstock to one, and white glitter cardstock the the last one. I die cut the "Believe" greeting using a Believe Die and the Snow Flurries from the silver metallic cardstock and die cut the Snow Flurries from the two glitter cardstocks as well. I carefully removed the dimensional sticker die cuts and adhered them to the card as shown.
