Hello! Happy Monday friends! Today the Mama Elephant Design Team is showcasing the brand new Me & My Dragon Stamp Set and coordinating dies. I paired the Me & My Dragon images with a new Basic Circles Die for a fun and easy framed up scene card.
I die cut the second largest circle from the Basic Circles Die Collection from a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of smooth white cardstock. I temporarily adhered the circle to the frame with post it tape and inked the background with Peacock Feathers Distress Ink before spritzing with water from a Distress Sprayer and setting aside to air dry.
The dragon, boy rider, mountains, castle, and clouds from the Me & My Dragon Stamp Set were stamped on smooth white cardstock with Jet Black Ink, colored in with Copic Markers, and die cut with the coordinating dies.
A sentiment from Dragon Wishes was stamped below the circle opening on the frame of the card using Versafine Onyx Black Ink.
The circle was adhered to a white top fold card base and the frame was adhered with foam adhesive squares for a bit of dimension.
The Me & My Dragon images were adhered inside the framed circle to finish the card design.
