Welcome to the next collaboration for Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember, Snow Bunnies!
Throughout STAMPtember we will be celebrating every day posting exclusive collaborations, contests, prizes, special promotions, announcements, and more surprises! Simon’s blog will announce what we have planned every day.
Today I'm pairing my favorite Reveal Wheel Interactive Dies with the limited edition exclusive Lawn Fawn STAMPtember stamps and dies, Snow Bunnies! Additional sentiments from the Reveal Wheel Holiday Sentiments Stamp Set, borders from the Stitched Hillside Borders Dies, a patterned paper background from the Snow Day Remix 6x6 paper pad, and Hero Hues Reactive Inks in Blue Hawaii and Splash all combine to make this holiday card one that you'll have a hard time giving away! ;)

To create the base for this card I first die cut the Reveal Wheel panel from smooth cardstock 3 times, one of those panels, I die cut the opening from the original Reveal Wheel set. The panel with the opening is the front of the Reveal Wheel. One of the other panels will be used to die cut two "snow" borders using the Stitched Hillside Borders and the other will be the "backer" for the Reveal Wheel.
On the front panel with the die cut opening, Hero Hues Blue Hawaii and Splash Reactive Inks were applied with ink blending tools for a beautiful bright blue sky. This will create a great contrast to the bright and fun colors we'll be using for the Snow Bunnies images!
The images from the limited edition exclusive Snow Bunnies set were stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock with Inkon3 Fadeout No Line Coloring Ink and colored in with the following Zig Clean Color Real Brush Marker color combinations:
Trees: 046 Mid Green, 043 Olive Green, 065 Mid Brown, 064 Oatmeal, 999 Blender
Bunny with red hat: 073 Beige, 074 Light Beige, 999 Blender, 201 Pink Haze, 022 Carmine Red, 021 Light Carmine, 097 Pale Gray
Bunny with green/pink hat: 065 Mid Brown, 064 Oatmeal, 999 Blender, 201 Pink Haze, 041 Light Green, 053 Yellow Green, 202 Peach Pink, 200 Sugared almond Pink
Carrots: 052 Bright Yellow, 050 Yellow, 041 Light Green, 053 Yellow Green, 022 Carmine Red, 021 Light Carmine
Snow bunny: 302 Haze Blue, 999 Blender, 202 Peach Pink, 200 Sugared Almond Pink, 022 Carmine Red, 052 Bright Yellow, 050 Yellow
Ornament: 022 Carmine Red, 021 Light Carmine, 097 Pale Gray
Bunny with blue scarf: 073 Beige, 074 Light Beige, 999 Blender, 201 Pink Haze, 030 Blue, 036 Light Blue
The images were die cut with the coordinating Snow Bunnies dies and detail was added to the eyes/mouths with a black gel pen and a black fine tip pen.
Another sentiment and snowflakes from the Snow Bunnies stamp set was stamped along the upper edge of the panel with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The white stands out against the bright blue of the sky.
Sentiments from the Reveal Wheel Holiday Sentiments Stamp Set were stamped on the Reveal Wheel using a Reveal Wheel Templates Essential Shape as a guide. Y'all, these templates are essential to making this process easy peasy!
The images from Snow Bunnies were adhered to the scene with a combination of tape runner and foam adhesive as shown.
The Reveal Wheel was assembled according to the video instructions and then the front panel was adhered to the back panel to complete the interactive design.
A Snow Day Remix 6x6 patterned paper was die cut with the larges Stitched Rectangle Die and adhered to the front of an A2 Top Fold Card Base. The Reveal Wheel was placed on top. An arrow from the Reveal Wheel set was die cut from Chili Pepper Cardstock and adhered to show the recipient that this card moves!
