Watch the creation of this layered masking stencils scene card from start to finish below or click HERE to watch in HD:
Using the largest Circle Masking Stencil, Salt Water Taffy ink was applied with an Ink Blending Brush. Once the ink was completely dry (I hit it with a heat tool to make sure), I layered the Snow Flurry Stencil over the circle mask and pressed an embossing ink through the stencil. I removed both stencils and embossed the "snow" with white embossing powder.
The images from the Fluffy Friends Stamp Set were stamped on Bristol Smooth Cardstock and colored in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers. The images were die cut with the coordinating dies and adhered to the masked and inked circle as shown. A greeting from the stamp set was stamped in the lower right corner of the card panel with Salt Water Taffy ink as shown.
If you were wondering what I used for this beautiful Pinkfresh Studio sympathy card from THIS post, it's the incredible Masking Rectangles! I used the Pinkfresh Inks with the stencil for the soft and pretty background.
