To create the background of my card, I trimmed a piece of smooth white cardstock to 4" x 5 1/4" and embossed the panel with the FSJ Love Stripes Embossing Folder. This is one of my fall-time favorite embossing folders. Embossing folders are a great way to add interest and texture to backgrounds!
The Spellbinders October 2019 Small Die of the Month Club Kit Dies, "Home For the Holidays" dies were die cut from smooth white cardstock (arms, necks, neck, face), FSJ Cranberry Bliss (apron, headband, packages, planter, stars), FSJ Kiwi Slice (dress, tree), FSJ Hazelnut Blend (hair, tree trunk), FSJ Sweet Berry (packages), FSJ Black Licorice (shoes), and Lawn Fawn Spring Sparkle in green (packages, greeting).
The skin die cut pieces were colored with E00, E11, E13, R21 Copic Markers.
The dress was stamped with the FSJ Flannel Life background stamp and Pinkfresh Studio Olive Ink.
The doll images were pieced together to create the girl holding a gift, extra packages, and tree. The sentiment was die cut from glitter cardstock adhered to Fun Foam with Stick It Adhesive. The greeting was adhered along the bottom edge of the card and a Sentiment Strips Christmas strip was adhered under the glitter greeting with foam adhesive.
