These house shaped gift tags were inspired by THIS house shaped card. The small size of the Lawn Fawn Build A House Dies and Build A House Christmas Add On make them perfect for gift tags! I'm always looking for creative ways to use my card dies as gift tags and this year, I'm all about the house-themed products!
Lawn Fawn Fog Cardstock was used to die cut the Lawn Fawn Build A House. The Honey Bee Stamps Salvaged Bricks Stencil was applied to the house pieces with Pinkfresh Studio Misty Coast Ink and a blending brush.
The rest of the house elements were die cut from Hero Hues Cherry Cardstock, Hero Hues Meadow Cardstock, Hero Hues Pitch Black Cardstock, Simon Says Stamp Slate Gray Cardstock, and Lawn Fawn Pearlescent Vellum using elements from both the Lawn Fawn Build A House Dies and Build A House Christmas Add On dies.
The pieces were assembled as shown. More elements were die cut and adhered back to back on the design for the finished effect on the back of the tags.
"To" and "From" sentiments from the Build A Snowman Stamp Set were stamped on the back of the house shaped tags with Lawn Fawn Lobster Ink. A greeting form the Ho Ho Postage Stamp Set was stamped on the red die cut front door with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
Nuvo Crystal Drops in White Blizzard was applied to the bows for a touch of sparkle.
Copic Markers in YG17 and R29 were used to color in the Lawn Fawn Pearlescent Vellum Christmas lights!
Holes were punched in the top of the tags and red and white baker's twine threaded through to finish!
