Everything from the hollyhocks, to the butterflies, and the sentiments for this design come from a single stamp set! I love that! This is the Hollyhocks Stamp Set from Inkon3 and it's gorgeous!
The hollyhocks imaged was stamped on Canson Watercolor Cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
The image was colored with the following Atelier Fusion Inkon3 inks:
The butterflies from the Hollyhocks Stamp Set were stamped with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. The Atelier Fusion Peacock Blue Ink was used to watercolor the background. Marilyn Red and Bee Sting Yellow were used to color in the butterflies. Once the inks were dried, greeting from the Hollyhocks Stamp Set were stamped with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder.
When the background was completely dry, a Lawn Fawn Double Stitched Rectangle was used to add stitching detail around the background.
Inkon3 Pixie Dust was applied to the flowers and butterflies. The background was adhered to a white top fold card base to finish the design.
