Happy STAMPtember! Are you ready to par-tay?!!! Today Simon Says Stamp and friends are hosting a blog party with loads of inspiration and fun projects featuring the brand new STAMPtember Release products! I am sharing a trio of slimline Halloween cards featuring lots of dies, stencils, and sentiment strips from the latest release! Nuvo Crackle Mouse and Gina K Glitz Glitter Gel over a Distress inked background give the cards some incredible, fun texture! Let's get started!

All three cards I'm sharing today are slimline cards, short and long, measuring 3 1/2" x 8 1/2. I trimmed a piece of smooth white cardstock to 7" x 8 1/2" and scored in half for my card bases.
HALLOWEEN VAMPIRES DON'T SUCK CARD
The Slimline Scallop Die was used to die cut SSS Slate Cardstock. The inside rectangle piece is what we're using for the background. Nuvo Crackle Mousse in Wrought Iron was applied through the Just Batty Stencil. While the crackle mousse was drying, I die cut the elements for my greeting and the rest of the design.
The Outline Halloween was die cut from smooth white cardstock (background shadow), Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock (outline), and MFT Stamps Creepy Confections 6x6 Patterned Paper. The sentiment was inlaid and assembled as shown. A Trinity Stamps Black Licorice Heart was added to the inside of the letter "o".
Bats were die cut from Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock using the new Batty Die. White cardstock die cut circles were placed behind the eyes so they would pop.
The background was adhered to a white slimline card base and a different color of scallop frame was adhered around the panel. The sentiment was adhered to the left side of the background and a Reverse Sentiments Strip Halloween was trimmed and popped up under the die cut greetings with foam adhesive. The bats were adhered to the right side of the card with foam adhesive.
SPOOKY SPOOKY SALUTATIONS CARD
The Slimline Scallop Die was used to die cut smooth white cardstock. The inside rectangle piece is what we're using for the background. Carved Pumpkin Distress Ink and Gina K Iridescent Glitz Glitter Gel were applied through the Bubble Wrap Stencil. While the gel was drying, I die cut the elements for my greeting and the rest of the design.
The Spooky Die was die cut from Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock (twice) and MFT Stamps Creepy Confections 6x6 Patterned Paper. The patterned sentiment was adhered to the top of the stack.
The Ghost In A Circle was die cut using the die and a circle die for the white portion. The circle die was used to die cut Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock. The two pieces were adhered together as shown and the embellishment was finished with an orange Funfetti Heart.
The background was adhered to a white slimline card base and a different color of scallop frame was adhered around the panel. The sentiment was adhered to the left side of the background and several Reverse Sentiments Strip Halloween strips were trimmed and popped up above and under the die cut greetings with foam adhesive. The ghost was adhered on the right side of the background.
SPOOKY HALLOWEEN PEOPLE ARE MY PEOPLE CARD
The Slimline Scallop Die was used to die cut Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock. The inside rectangle piece is what we're using for the background. Nuvo Crackle Mousse in Russian White was applied through the Floating Leaves Stencil. While the gel was drying, I die cut the elements for my greeting and the rest of the design.
The Large Outline Spooky was die cut from Lawn Fawn Black Licorice Cardstock (twice) and MFT Stamps Creepy Confections 6x6 Patterned Paper.
The background was adhered to a white slimline card base and a different color of scallop frame was adhered around the panel. The sentiment was inlaid and adhered to the center of the background as shown and a Reverse Sentiments Strip Halloween was trimmed and popped up under the die cut greetings with foam adhesive.

Nicole! Good grief -- these are all really fabulous cards. I can't get over the really important use of the pattern paper, the fabulous sense of the space usage, the composition of these wonderful components. Your HALLOWEEN alone was inspirational. And who would have thought the scalloped edges would work so well with this holiday card? Really good job. Like, you took the assignment seriously, rose to the challenge and wow, the results.
