The MFT Stamps Birthday Background was stamped on a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" panel of Fog Gray Cardstock with Unicorn White Ink.
The Simon Says Stamp Steamer Ribbons smaller streamers die was die cut multiple times from Sunny Studio Silly Stripes 6x6 patterned papers. The streamers were adhered to the text background as shown.
The Simon Says Stamp It's Your Birthday was die cut from a Sunny Studio Silly Stripes 6x6 patterned paper and Slate Gray Cardstock. The greeting was adhered to the background as shown. A Simon Says Stamp Stop Drop Party Stamp Set was stamped below the die cut greeting with black ink.
The card was finished with a red heart embellishment, Silver Holographic die cut Simon Says Stamp Stars, and iridescent star confetti.

The MFT Stamps Birthday Background was stamped on a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" panel of Fog Gray Cardstock with Unicorn White Ink.
The Simon Says Stamp Bunch of Balloons was die cut from seven Sunny Studio Silly Stripes 6x6 patterned papers and smooth white cardstock. The balloon outlines and patterned paper balloons were adhered to the background as shown.
The Simon Says Stamp Steamer Ribbons smaller streamers die was die cut multiple times from Sunny Studio Silly Stripes 6x6 patterned papers. The streamers were adhered to the card as shown.
Greetings from the Simon Says Stamp Stop Drop Party Stamp Set was stamped on Slate Gray Cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder. Another greeting was stamped with black ink on smooth white cardstock and die cut with a SSS Sentiment Labels Die. The greetings were adhered to the cards.
The card was finished with a red heart embellishment and gold star confetti.

The Simon Says Stamp Party Candles were die cut from seven Sunny Studio Silly Stripes 6x6 and Sunny Studio Polka Dot Parade 6x6 patterned papers. The candles were adhered with foam adhesive and the flames finished with Nuvo Crystal Drops in White Blizzard.
The Simon Says Stamp Happy B Day was die cut from a Sunny Studio Silly Stripes 6x6 patterned papers. The sentiment was adhered to the card with foam adhesive.
A Simon Says Stamp Stop Drop Party Stamp Set greeting was stamped with black ink on smooth white cardstock and die cut with a SSS Sentiment Labels Die. The greetings were adhered to the card with foam adheisve.
The card was finished with a red heart embellishment and gold star confetti.
