The bow and wreath image from the stamp set were stamped on Simon Says Stamp Soft Navy Cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with Antique Gold Embossing Powder. The images were colored with Polychromos colored pencils. I love how vibrant these pencils look even colored on a darker cardstock!
Sentiments from the stamp set were stamped through the middle of the wreath with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white detail embossing powder.
Tumbled Glass and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide inks were applied around the edges of the panel to soften the look a bit.

I created one layer backgrounds with background stamping over colored images for these two very different cards. I love that you can use the same technique for both elegant and whimsical designs!
For my first card I used the Magnificent Magnolia Stamp/Die Set to stamp the floral design and greetings on an A2 size piece of smooth white cardstock using Hero Arts Intense Black Ink. The images were colored in with Copic Markers.
The edges of the design were further inked with Peeled Paint Distress Ink and an ink blending tool. This softens the edges beautifully!
The card was finished by adding white pen detail to the flowers and leaves, adding Glossy Accents to the center of each flower and finishing with a scattering of Nuvo Crystal Drops in Woodland Green and Morning Dew.
My second card share today features stamping the Lift Me Stamp/Die Set images on smooth white cardstock using Hero Arts Intense Black Ink and coloring the images in with Copic Markers.
The sentiment from the Lift Me Stamp/Die Set was stamped on black cardstock with clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder before being trimmed into a thin strip and adhered to the bottom of the card as shown.
The Simon Says Stamp Script Hello Die was die cut from smooth white cardstock adhered to Fun Foam with Stick It Adhesive, inked with Cracked Pistachio Distress Ink and adhered above the sentiment strip. Glossy Accents was applied to the die cut word for a glossy, raised finish.
A scattering of Nuvo Crystal Drops in rainbow color fill in the white space and Nuvo Crystal Drops in White Blizzard give the stars some glittery sparkle!

Hello! It's time for another exclusive limited edition stamp set for STAMPtember! Clearly Besotted has joined forces with Simon Says Stamp with this beautiful floral layering stamp set, My Best Friend. I couldn't make just one card with this beautiful color layering stamp set and instead made three! Beautiful flowers, an embossed greeting, and an inlay gilded frame really make these cards stand out!
On A2 sized smooth white cardstock backgrounds I stamped the florals and leaves using the following color combinations:
Each panel had a thin frame die cut from it using a Simon Says Stamp Frame Die. The thin frame was discarded. A piece of Stick It was adhered to cardstock and then run through a die cutting machine with the same frame. The backing paper was removed from the frame and Nuvo Radiant Gold Gilding Flakes were adhered to the sticky frame. Excess gilding flakes were rubbed away with a Blender Brush.
The three pieces were then adhered to a white top fold card base creating an inlay design.
