Hello friends! I can't believe it's the last day of November. Where has the time gone? With it quickly approaching the holidays, I have a trio of quick interactive cards to share with you. Quick and interactive don't normally go together however my secret weapon is stickers! That's right, stickers. I know what you're thinking, but will it be cute? And the answer is YES! Doodlebug makes some adorable stickers that are similar to some of our favorite stamped images and make darling embellishments for all kinds of paper crafted goodness. By eliminating stamping, coloring, and diecutting/fussy cutting, you will save so much time and the end result is so fun! Let's get started!

Happy Wednesday, friends! I'm back with a couple of interactive snow-themed Mega Flipper cards featuring lots of Mama Elephant stamps and dies. One of the requested videos from YouTube is more Mega Flipper cards so today I thought I'd share two holiday themed mega flippers that feature the brand new Dashin' Through the Snow Stamps/Dies, Snow Much Fun Stamps/Dies, and Flurry Frame Dies as well as a bunch of previously released product to finish out the cards. These fun designs are a great way to hide a sentiment (like I'm sharing today) or to even hide a gift card.

Four scalloped panels from the Mega Flipper set were die cut from smooth white cardstock. The scallop edges from the scallop to stitching were masked off and the panels were stamped with the snowflake background as well. I love a light colored ink for this this as it instantly adds interest without overwhelming the sweet images.

I love the bright, happy snowflake border.
The pull tab from the Mega Flipper was die cut from Simon Says Stamp Fog and Lipstick Red Cardstock. The die cut pieces were adhered along the bottom edge of the Mega Flipper.

Both cards feature many of the same components, from images used, to background stamps, and colors. I did mix and match a few different images from previously released Lawn Fawn stamp sets for more variety to the scenes. One of my all-time favorite things about Lawn Fawn is how all their stamps and dies work together seamlessly!
The images were die cut with the coordinating dies and assembled to the background scene as shown. The paper/mouse for the typewriter was die cut with the inside piece to make the paper a "frame" for the Reveal Wheel.
The Reveal Wheel was die cut from Bristol Smooth Cardstock and the inner part of the circle shape was colored in with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers in Peach Pink and Sugared Almond Pink before being stamped with greetings from the You're Just My Type Set and Love Poems Set. The Reveal Wheel was assembled according to the video direactions and the card front was placed over the Reveal Wheel background before being adhered to a white top fold card base. The "turn me" arrow sentiment from the You're Just My Type Set was stamped on the card base next to the interactive element with Lawn Fawn Plastic Flamingo Ink. An additional sentiment was stamped inside the card to finish the design.
The pull tab was trimmed to size and a sentiment from the You're Just My Type Set was stamped on the die cut tab using clear embossing ink and heat embossed with white embossing powder before being secured to the tab as shown to finish the card design.

Happy Thursday friends! Today I'm sharing this trio of interactive slider surprise sweetie pie critter cutie cards featuring lots and lots of fun MFT Stamps stamps and dies, my favorite Simon Says Stamp Heart Garland Background, and Simon Says Stamp dye inks. The Slider Surprise cover and pull tab were die cut from smooth white cardstock. The panels were inked with the following Simon Says Stamp dye inks and ink blending brushes:
The Slider Surprise is slightly smaller than A2 size. A background for each card was trimmed from smooth white cardstock, measuring 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
Greetings from the MFT Stamps Sweetie Pie and Smitten With You stamp sets was stamped on the background panel as shown.
The Slider Surprise pull tab was adhered to the back of the front panel along the bottom edge only. An interactive word from the Interactive Labels Stamp Set was stamped along the top with Black Ink to let the recipient know the card is interactive!
The Sweet As Pie paper pieced pie was added to the pig with it's arms wrapped around to appear to be holding it. I can't wait to see what other dies I have that can be used with these cute critters!
The pig was paper pieced and adhered only to the bottom half of the sliding mechanism as shown.
The bunny was paper pieced and adhered only to the bottom half of the sliding mechanism as shown.
Glossy Accents was added to the noses and hearts. White pen detail was added to all three critters for a playful touch.
